Terms for Evaluation Access

Using the service

TechWebster Gym helps a single independently operated Gym keep operational records. The Owner is responsible for account access, the accuracy of entered records, and lawful use of the service.

Evaluation and Activation

A new Gym begins with limited Evaluation Access. Activation and commercial arrangements are confirmed directly with TechWebster outside the application.

Responsible records

Do not upload unlawful content or use another Gym’s information. Archive records when they should no longer be operational; the platform preserves history needed for accountability.
